Nowadays, the Cirò wines from Fattoria San Francesco can be considered modern wines, in order to remember the family tradition of wine-making, Francesco Siciliani adopted as a trade-mark of his factory, the coat of arms of his noble family. The 2000 sq.m. factory, of which 600 sq.m. underground are the casks store; it has got steel silos, and machines which allow an extremely modern wine-making.
